Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds

Preparation:

Mortar 1 tablespoon each of fennel, cumin and coriander seeds and bring to the boil in 1 liter of water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink throughout the day.

Dosha tip: This tea mixture is very suitable for balancing Pitta due to its slightly cooling but also neutral effect. Kapha and Vata types can cook 2 ginger slices with peel, then the tea has an additional warming effect.
