Avocado Spread


Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • Juice of one lemon/lime

  • ½ tsp rock salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of ground coriander


Halve the avocados and scoop out the flesh. Add the other ingredients and puree in a food processor until smooth.

My dosha tip: Well suited for Vata and Pitta, recommended in smaller quantities for Kapha types as avocados have a high fat content.
