Prana Chocolate Bites


Chocolate enjoyment for the whole family!


  • 250 g dark dark chocolate (for me 72% dark chocolate Makri – sugar-free and vegan)

  • 50 g chopped almonds

  • 50 g chopped cashews

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil (alternative: coconut oil)

  • 1 pinch of ginger

  • 25 g popped amaranth


  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or on minimal heat.

  2. Stir the chopped nuts, hemp seeds, amaranth, ginger and oil into the chocolate and pour into a baking tray (approx. 20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper and smooth out.

  3. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and then cut into the desired shape. I then store them in an airtight box in the refrigerator.

My dosha tip: Suitable for all doshas in moderation. A sweet treat with lots of healthy fats.
