Homemade soup seasoning

Natural soup seasoning without flavor enhancers!


  • 600 g soup vegetables, for example

    2 large carrots

    ½ fennel

    ¼ celery

    1 stalk of leek

    1 parsley root

    1 white onion

    1 garlic (optional)

  • 2 tbsp rock salt

  • 2 tbsp dried parsley/lovage

  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder (optional)


  1. Wash, peel and roughly chop the soup vegetables. Grind in a high-performance blender (for me Thermomix). Spread on a baking tray and let dry for six hours at 80°C hot air.

  2. Add parsley or lovage and pulverize them all together in the food processor.

  3. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.

Dosha tip: Suitable for all doshas. Can be used for all vegetable dishes and stews.
