Our tip:

According to Ayurveda, animal products are difficult to digest and our digestive fire (Agni) is still very weak, especially in the morning. For this reason, do not combine eggs with other animal proteins such as cheese, meat or dairy products, but rather with vegetables. Support your digestion with the spices mentioned in the recipe or add Ayurvedic plants to your meals to strengthen Agni.

In Ayurveda, the intestine is the center of health. It is considered the trigger for all diseases and is referred to as our second brain. The Ayurvedic plants and herbs in Agni bring your digestive power back into balance.
