Crispy seed bars

A healthy snack for in between meals. The seed bars not only taste good, but are also filling and keep your blood sugar levels balanced.


  • 150g sesame seeds

  • 50 g coconut flakes

  • 25g flax seeds

  • 25g hemp seeds

  • 50 g sunflower seeds

  • 50 g pumpkin seeds

  • 80 g date puree

  • 20 g coconut blossom or agave syrup

  • 1 pinch of rock salt

  • Dried fruits optional


Mix all the ingredients together and spread on baking paper on a tray or in a baking dish. Bake at 170 degrees top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes until the edge starts to brown slightly. Let cool and cut. Stores in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.

My dosha tip: The seed bars are rich in protein and suitable for all doshas, ​​but have a dry quality, so the Vata type should definitely not forget to drink enough.
