Porridge spelled peach

A warm breakfast is particularly delicious and gives the body lots of energy for a perfect start to the day.

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 peach

  • ½ cup spelled flakes or another alternative

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • 1 pinch of clove

  • approx. 1.5 cups of water or plant milk

  • for garnish: hemp seeds, nuts, fruits etc. and date syrup


  1. Roast cardamom, cinnamon and cloves in ghee, stir in diced peach and fry briefly.

  2. Add spelled flakes and pour in water or plant milk.

  3. Garnish with hemp seeds or other seeds. If desired, sweeten a little with date or maple syrup.

My dosha tip: Because of its sweet taste, spelled is well suited for Vata and Pitta types.
