Quick grilled vegetables from the oven

The eye eats along and enjoys the splendor of the colors!
Grilled vegetables are delicious at any time of the year.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 large sweet potato

  • 1 kohlrabi

  • 2 red pointed peppers

  • 4 tbsp virgin rapeseed oil

  • Marjoram sprigs

  • Rosemary sprigs

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder

  • 1 pinch of ginger powder

  • ½ tsp coriander powder

  • pepper

  • Non-iodized rock salt


  1. Peel the sweet potato and kohlrabi and cut into the shape of fries. Cut the peppers into wide strips.

  2. Mix in a bowl with the oil and the spices and herbs.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes until the vegetables start to brown. At the end, you can briefly switch on the grill function to get a little more brown.

My dosha tip: This method of preparing vegetables is particularly ideal for Kapha, as baking reduces their moist properties. Vata types can therefore use a little more oil.
